Anna Claire Farmer

Ms. Anna Claire is the owner, manager, and an instructor at SoZo. She has been dancing for 15+ years, has managed a pre-professional dance troupe and performed in multiple dance companies across the south. Ms. AC is passionate about choreographing, high-energy dance and loving her dancers well. She lives on her family farm with her dog, Niko, and loves to paint and be outdoors whenever possible!


Ayaka Aizawa

Ms. Ayaka is an MTSU student and dancer. She loves teaching tumble and dance hoping to make it a fun and positive experience.


Buffy Payne

Ms. Buffy has been dancing and teaching for many years. She is passionate about her dancers and loves to spend time at the studio. 


Chris Matthews

Ms. Chris has been a member of the office staff for 3 years. She has two children that love dancing: Ben, who has been tapping since he was 9 years old, and Clara, who has been dancing since she was 3. When not at the dance school, she stays busy taking care of her family.


Jasmine Christian

Jasmine has been dancing for 15 years and for 4 of those years she has been at SoZo Dance Academy. Jasmine has loved learning and growing at SoZo and truly sees it as her home. She attends MTSU where she hopes to go int


Jenni Latham

Ms. Jenni has been apart of the dance studio for 13 years when her daughter started as a three years old. She became an office staff member five plus years ago. While not at the office she enjoys working at her church and being with her family.


Laurel Farmer

Ms. Laurel has danced and taught for many years. She is passionate about her dancers. When not at the studio, she loves horseback riding and spending time with family.


Louann Braunwalder

Ms. Louann has danced for 10+ years and assistant taught for 3 years. She is passionate about dance and horseback riding. 

Nicole Braunwalder

Ms. Nicole is a graduate of MTSU with a minor in dance. She attended the studio when in high school and began teaching after she graduated in 2011. She is currently attending MTSU seeking her Masters of Business Administration.

Nina Burke

Ms. Nina began her dance career in Massachusetts when she was five years old. She danced competitively and won many awards competing with her own choreography. In college, she was a member of the dance program and participated in many shows. She has been teaching for five years.
